On Monday and Tuesday this week, boys and girls from RETNS represented the school in the annual FAI 5-a-side tournament held in Wayside Celtic.
The boys managed to reach the semi-final but were unfortunately beaten on penalty kicks.
The girls managed to reach the quarter finals but were beaten 2-0.
Despite the disappointment, the teams can hold their heads high. They represented the team and themselves so magnificently. Their team spirit and attitude was excellent throughout the course of the two days.
