Junior Infants have been reading the story of ‘The Lighthouse Keeper’s Lunch’ by David and Ronda Armitage. We decided to make our own lighthouses out of paper plates and tissue paper rolls. Everyone loved hearing about those sneaky seagulls stealing the yummy lunches!
