The Green Team are relaunching WOW days this week! WOW = Walk On Wednesday. Please try your best to use Green Travel on Wednesdays. We will present the junior golden boot and the senior golden boot to the classes with the highest percentage of WOW participants! Get active everyone! It’s just brilliant to see so many Walking Bus users on the first Fridays! Thanks to the amazing ‘bus drivers’ who help to guide the children to the school gate – every little helps! You are our Green Heroes. This really helps to keep cars off the road and away from the school gates and encourages active, social travel too.
Care For Your Belongings Month
This November the Green Team are promoting an attitude of care towards all the objects we own in the world. We are encouraging each other to be more careful with our stationary, our school bags and books, our clothing, toys and the spaces we live in. By caring for objects we use less, waste less and have less impact on the environment. The Green Team will be collecting stories of care in the RETNS community which we will share with you!
