As some people know on the 1^st and 2^nd of November, the Day of the Dead Festival takes place. For anyone who does not know what The Day of the Dead is, it is a festival that takes place all around Central America. You may think this is a very dull day like going to funeral but it is nearly the opposite. It is an exotic and lovely place for people to go and remember their loved ones and celebrate their time when they were alive.  

So six class took notice of this and started to look into it more and finally we were about to take our knowledge of the Day of the Dead and do a whole assembly on the festival.  So, we all knew we had practice and practice although we were still very limited on time as we had just a few days. .As we were reaching the end of the days we had got we did our speeches, our lines, our parts, our skulls and we could finally say we were prepared for the assembly.

On a usual Friday {not for us} people came in with skulls, candles, decorations etc.  We had got everything set up and rolling before we entered the hall. As each other class entered, one by one we were still getting bits and bobs ready. All eyes were on us and we had to perform as everyone did what they were meant to do you could tell the crowd {classes} were blown away with our performance and I think so was Katie.
