My Learning Log!
Since September 5th class have been doing learning logs. A learning log is a copy book that each child can personalise and record what they have been learning. We are not told what to write, it is completely up to us! Here are some examples of mine!
Rambutan
Everyone in the class did a project on exotic fruit and veg and I chose a Rambutan. We put our projects up on the wall for a while. As time passed we needed more space to put new projects up on the wall so down came the fruit and veg! And I stuck mine into my learning log!
The Great Irish Famine
Back in winter we learnt about the Famine. We learnt about life before, after and during the Famine. We learnt about what caused the Famine and what people did to escape from it. We also learnt about the famine ships and about the decrease of population that the famine caused. I personally loved learning about it so I decided to write about it in my learning log!
My Dream House
We did designs of our dream classroom. Then we did designs of a good house in the cold weather and its features so I decided to design my own dream house and I stuck it into my learning log! It has a hall, a utility room, a patio, a dining room, a kitchen, a sitting room, a bedroom, a bathroom, a walk-in wardrobe, a party/cinema room, a study/art studio, a music room, a conservatory and a back garden!
