Unless we act soon climate change will end up affecting all animals and finishing off some endangered species such as the polar bear. Polar Bears are dying when ice and snow melts and food is scarce. They are dying of starvation and lack of shelter. They need shelter to rest and to raise their vulnerable cubs. It is polar bear day on February the 27th. I hope my article will raise your awareness of what we are doing to the Earth, and I hope you will try to save polar bears. BY JESSIE N

Hi Jessie! Great blog. I really like polar bears and really hope they wont be extincted in a couple of years. I never knew there was such thing as polar bear day. I think baby polar bears are so cute dont you agree? Did you know that the actual name for polar bears is Ursus maritimus but I think polar bear is better (and easier to say!) Thank you for writing this blog I’ve learned a lot from this!!!
