Junior Infants: The Artist’s Chair

The Artist’s Chair gives Junior Infants the chance to have their art pieces appreciated by others. After most art lessons, a few children are chosen to show their piece to the class. The other children are encouraged to say something positive about their classmate’s piece. We often hear wonderful things like ‘I love all the colours’, ‘it’s really nice’ and ‘you did a great job’.
