Junior Infants Story Sack

As part of Book Week, some Junior Infant parents got together and organised a Story Sack. A Story Sack is a way of telling a story with the help of props which engage the children more. Seán (Jack’s dad) and Fiona (Jake’s mum) told us the story of The Ravenous Beast in a really fun and interesting way. There were props of all different shapes and sizes all over the classroom and the children really enjoyed themselves, as can be seen from the pictures. Thanks to all the parents who contributed, especially Seán and Fiona for their brilliant delivery.
