On Sunday night we were treated to a fabulous concert of music, song and dance as we joined our fourth class choir for the Peace Proms concert in the RDS. The children joined choirs from over 50 other schools to sing for a capacity audience and they were accompanied by the Cross Border Orchestra of Ireland for a performance of their full repertoire of songs, learned especially for the night. The concert also featured soloists, dancers and the Star Wars team in what was an amazing display of young talent. The children thoroughly enjoyed the experience and were lucky to have landed a prime spot next to the orchestra.
