Educate Together Fundraiser – Deal Effect

Dear Parents and Guardians,
We have been asked by Educate Together to publicise a new funding initiative that Educate Together has joined. Deal Effect is a new daily deals website that will give 11% of all sales to a charity chosen by the purchaser. As you may be aware Educate Together has cancelled the Winter Raffle this year due to a lack of human resources and funding. The advantage the Deal Effect system has over the Winter Raffle is that apart from the initial investment Educate Together does not have to pay anything. The site will be run by Deal Effect themselves, all Educate Together has to do is publicise the site within the Educate Together network.
The Deal Effect website has gone live on Tuesday 29th of October. There is no obligation on people to buy anything after they sign up, it will be up to them to decide whether or not they think the deals are worth purchasing.
