I have read, understood and accept the terms of Rathfarnham Educate Together N.S. enrolment policy. I understand that the allocation of a place will be strictly in line with the enrolment policy. I understand and accept the enrolment policy was revised in 2018. I understand that the receipt of a completed pre-enrolment form does not guarantee that a child named will be offered a place in the school.
I understand that the school operates a sibling preference policy. It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to ensure that all siblings are pre-enrolled within 14 days of their 2nd birthday. This provision will be strictly applied as per the enrolment policy. I understand that it is my responsibility to inform the school, in good time, of any change of address, telephone number or other relevant circumstances. I understand that if I have not replied in writing to a confirmed offer of a place for my child within the specified date of that offer being made, I will have forfeited my child’s place on the pre-enrolment list.
I confirm that all information given is correct and that the provision of false or inaccurate information may result in the forfeiture of a place even if already offered.
